Main technology of wire and cable

Wire and cable is adopted: drawing, stranding, covering three kinds of process to produce complete, specifications and more complex, higher repeatability.

1. Drawing

In metal pressure processing. The metal is forced through a die under the action of external force (roller), metal cross sectional area is compressed, processing techniques and get the required shape and size of the cross-sectional area called metal drawing.

2. Stranded system

In order to improve the flexibility of wire and cable, the overall degree, let more than 2 single, according to a prescribed direction together called stranding.

3. Cover

According to the different performance requirements of wire and cable, using special equipment with different materials in the outside of the conductor.
